We are thrilled to invite you to the opening of the Disruptive Materials Institute e.V.

Date: April 5 & 6 2025

Location: Galerie KuLe, Auguststraße 10, 10117 Berlin

The immersive opening event of the Disruptive Materials Institute e.V. is featuring a 2-day  exhibition, presenting designers and practitioners who are pushing the boundaries of Textiles, Tools and Biomaterials. Under the thematic pillars of our organization, we showcase projects that challenge conventional approaches – ranging from mushroom-based textile dyes to cutting-edge digital manufacturing processes and systematic takes on material culture and knowledge-transfer.

On April 5th, the event is kicking-off with a focused session of expert talks and use-cases providing an inspiring afternoon, followed by relaxed networking with accompanying drinks.

Throughout the second day of the event, on April 6th, visitors are invited to experience our topics hands-on through workshop sessions and technology demonstrations, while the exhibition stays open for public.
